BOWLO DRAUGHT BEER
Zone 13 is pleased to announce that Bowlo Draught has come on board as an official sponsor for 2021/22, helping to support local clubs as well the development of the game of bowls in the Central and Southern Sydney area.
Created by Matty Graham and Alex Light from Bondi Bowling Club, Bowlo Draught was created as a way of celebrating the spirit of the great Australian bowling club, and to help bring local communities together in support of the great work that local clubs do.
Brewed in partnership with Taren Point’s Andy Orrell from Hairyman Brewery, Bowlo Draught truly is a beer brewed by bowlers, for bowlers. A refreshing, 4.2% easy-drinking lager, Bowlo Draught has been specially brewed to be the perfect beer for a day on the green, or an evening kicking back in the clubhouse.
As well as being 100% independent and Australian-owned, a portion of the profits from all Bowlo sales will be put aside to return back to clubs who sell Bowlo Draught, which is available both on tap as well as in cans. Each club who sells Bowlo Draught will also have their club information featured on the back of the cans, allowing beer lovers discover more local clubs every time they pick up a six pack or carton.

Those of you who will be attending the upcoming Zone 13 finals at Taren Point this weekend (Saturday May 29th/Sunday May 30th) will have the chance to try a cold Bowlo Draught and meet the team behind the initiative. As well as being a great-tasting beer, Bowlo Draught is a good news story for the sport of bowls, as well as for bowling clubs. If you’d like to have Matty or Alex from Bowlo Draught pay your club a visit to come and talk about it, drop an email to email@example.com
